Answer a few questions, add your documents if you have any, and give it a name. You get an assistant that knows your work, and can sit in your meetings, answer questions, and help every day. No technical skill needed.
1
A short conversation, in plain words. What you do, who you help, what you want a hand with. The wizard asks, you answer. That's it.
2
Price lists, guides, past emails, whatever you have. It reads them once and remembers. No files yet? Skip this and add them later.
3
Give it a name and a way of speaking. Then invite it to your video calls and chats, the same way you'd invite a colleague.
Building your assistant is free. You pay only when it answers, by the reply, so a quiet week costs nothing. No monthly fee, no contract, and you see the count before you ever pay. Nothing is charged until you add a card, and you can cancel any time.
What's free
Building your assistant · Adding your files and links · Setting up workflows · Your first 30 days
Then
$9 a month
plus 0.07¢ to 19¢ a reply, depending on which AI you pick
The $9 covers running the place. On top of that you pay for the replies your assistant actually gives, and what they cost is your choice: Qwen 3.7 Flash is about 0.07¢ a reply, Claude Fable 5 is the most capable at about 19¢. Switch whenever you like. The first reply after a quiet spell costs more, because your assistant reads all your documents again.
It takes about ten minutes, and you can stop and come back any time.
