This page says what we collect, why, and who touches it. BrainyAssistant (brainyassistant.com, formerly aiBrainMaker.com) is operated by BusinessLead.ai LLC, Addison, Texas, United States.

What we collect

• What you tell the wizard: your description of the business, and your assistant's name and voice choice.
• Your documents: we extract and store their text and file names so your assistant can answer from them. Files we can't read are noted as unread.
• Your email address, only if you sign up.
• Usage counts per assistant (how many questions a day), used for the daily limits.

We don't run ads, ad trackers, or analytics scripts. There is one functional cookie (it remembers which assistants are yours) and a local setting for your light or dark preference.

Where it lives and who processes it

• Supabase hosts the database (United States). Vercel hosts the site.
• Anthropic provides the AI model that writes your assistant's answers. Your business description and document text are sent to it for each answer. Under Anthropic's API terms, that data is not used to train their models.
• Resend delivers the sign-in code emails.
• Cloudflare provides DNS for the domain.

Share links

Anyone with an assistant's link can ask it questions, and its answers draw on the documents you gave it. Share the link the way you'd share the answers themselves.

How long we keep it

Your assistants, documents, and account stay until you ask us to delete them. Sign-in codes expire within 10 minutes and are stored only as one-way hashes.

Your choices

• You can use the service without an account.
• You can ask for a copy of your data, or for deletion of your assistants and account, by emailing us. We'll act on it promptly and confirm when it's done.
