BrainyAssistant (brainyassistant.com, formerly aiBrainMaker.com) is operated by BusinessLead.ai LLC, Addison, Texas, United States. These terms are the deal between you and us when you use the service. They are written in plain words on purpose; the plain meaning is the intended meaning.
BrainyAssistant lets you build an AI assistant for your business. You describe your work, optionally add documents and links, and give it a name and a way of speaking. Your assistant then answers questions grounded on what you gave it, for you and for anyone you share its link with, and follows the workflows you set for it.
You can build without an account; your work is tied to this browser. Adding your email creates an account so your assistants follow you across devices. Each assistant has a share link that works for anyone who has it: treat the link like a key, and share it only where you'd share the answers.
The documents and descriptions you provide stay yours. You give us permission to store them and to show them to the AI model so your assistant can answer. Only upload what you have the right to use, and don't upload other people's personal information you aren't allowed to share.
Your assistant is built to answer only from what you gave it and to say so when it doesn't know. Even so, AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything that matters, prices you quote, promises you make, advice you act on. The service is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
Don't use the service to break the law, to harm people, to send spam, or to probe or overload the platform. There are daily limits on building and chatting; they exist so the service stays available for everyone. We can suspend access that abuses the service.
Building your assistant is free, as the site says. The site also describes usage pricing for when your assistant works for you; billing has not started, and nothing is charged today. Before any charge ever applies to you, we will tell you clearly and you will have to agree first.
You can stop using the service any time, and you can ask us to delete your assistants and account by emailing the address below. We can end or change the service; if we ever retire it, we will give reasonable notice.
The service is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, BusinessLead.ai LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States.
